2. Services & Licensing Grant

FileNest provides automated legal policy generation, version-controlled vault hosting, and API integration services. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform.

• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the underlying platform API.
• You are responsible for keeping your workspace credentials confidential.
• You agree not to use the platform for unlawful or malicious purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual design elements, trademarks, logos, brand names, and platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Gree Web Solutions and FileNest. You retain ownership of the custom business parameters you input into your policy vaults.

4. Privacy & Data Governance Incorporation

Your privacy is important to us. Our processing of personal data is governed by our dedicated Privacy Policy Page, which is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5. Disclaimers & Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gree Web Solutions and FileNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
