1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Gree Web Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your download, installation, and use of the FileNest: Media Studio & Player mobile application ("Application", "FileNest") distributed on the Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FileNest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the Application.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Gree Web Solutions grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute FileNest on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you.
Restrictions on Use:
- You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
- You shall not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of FileNest or any part thereof.
- You shall not circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features, ad units, or encryption mechanisms within the Application.
- You shall not use FileNest for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws.
3. User Content & Private Media Vault Disclaimers
FileNest functions purely as a local media hub. You retain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights over all media files (photos, videos, audio tracks, and documents) stored on your device.
Important User Responsibility for Private Vault PIN & Data:
Media moved into the Private Vault is encrypted locally with AES-256 and protected by your chosen PIN or biometric key. Gree Web Solutions does not store your PIN and cannot recover forgotten credentials or decrypt vaulted files on your behalf. If you uninstall the app or clear app data without unlocking your vaulted files, your vaulted media may be permanently lost.
4. Third-Party Advertisements & Monetization
FileNest displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and mediated partners (Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads) to fund ongoing development and maintenance.
- Advertisements are served by third-party advertising networks. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or websites advertised.
- Interactions with advertised products or third-party links are solely between you and the advertiser.
- You may manage personalized advertising consent at any time via FileNest Settings > "Ad privacy choices" using Google UMP.

5. Chromecast & Local Streaming Disclaimers
The Chromecast feature establishes a direct local HTTP connection between your mobile device and a compatible Cast receiver on the same local Wi-Fi network. Compatibility depends on receiver codecs and local network stability. Gree Web Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted casting playback across all third-party receiving hardware.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")
FILENEST IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GREE WEB SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY ARBITRARY MEDIA CONTAINER OR HARDWARE COMBINATION.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREE WEB SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF MEDIA DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR SYSTEM CRASHES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
8. Modifications, Governing Law & Contact
